We have OTM courses available to meet the needs of people working in different roles. Broadly speaking, users of OTM fall into two groups: “End Users” and “Super Users”. End Users are people who are, or will be, using OTM as a tool in their daily work. Super Users are people who will be doing more with OTM, for example implementing, installing, maintaining, project managing or supporting an OTM system.
End User Training
We recommend that end users attend the one-day “Using OTM” course followed by role-specific training. We can help you develop this role-specific training.
Super User Training
For “super users” (people who will be doing more with OTM, for example implementing, installing, maintaining, project managing or supporting an OTM system) we recommend starting with the course OTM Implementation. This can be followed by an advanced course, such as OTM Settlement, to gain the knowledge needed for their role in the project.
