Using OTM
Prerequisites: Delegates need to be able to use a PC and web browser proficiently. A working knowledge of logistics is helpful.
Objectives: This course has been designed to help delegates become productive with OTM as quickly as possible. Students will learn how to navigate around the system, use the main OTM screens, use on-line OTM Help, and generally become proficient. The most important Logistics and OTM concepts are introduced, which will help students understand the documentation. In addition to the presentations and demonstrations provided by the instructor, delegates will have plenty of opportunity for hands-on practice on our OTM training system.

OTM Implementation
Prerequisites: Delegates need to be able to use a PC and web browser. A working knowledge of logistics is helpful. Please note, the course Using OTM covers the same topics as the first day and a half of the OTM Implementation course. Delegates can either use the first day of this course as review, or if they prefer, they may start this course after lunch on day 2.
Objectives: This course is designed to give delegates the core knowledge they need to work on an OTM implementation. The first day concentrates on using the system. The following 3 days guide the user though the main areas need to implement OTM. In addition to the presentations and demonstrations provided by the instructor, delegates will have plenty of opportunity for hands-on practice on our OTM training system.

OTM End User
Prerequisites: Delegates must be able to use a PC and web browser proficiently. A working knowledge of logistics is helpful. Please note, the course Using OTM covers the same topics as the first day and a half of the OTM End User course. Delegates can either use the first day of this course as review, or if they prefer, they may start this course after lunch on day 2.
Objectives: This course is designed to train the delegates to understand how to manage OTM order bases, order releases and Truckload (TL) and Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) shipments, also shipment execution (tendering and tracking). Delegates will gain an understanding of OTM Rates, Itineraries and other required data elements. In addition to the presentations and demonstrations given by the instructor, delegates will have plenty of opportunity to practice on our OTM training system.

Objectives: This course is designed to build upon the delegate’s sound working knowledge of OTM by providing advanced instruction on how to configure, enhance and troubleshoot an OTM implementation. In addition to the presentations and demonstrations given by the instructor, delegates will have plenty of opportunity to practice on our OTM training system.

OTM Systems Administrator I
Prerequisites: This course is intended for Systems Administrators who have multiple years of experience managing servers and working with multi-tier applications. In addition, experience with any of the following will be helpful: WebLogic, Apache, Tomcat, Java, and Oracle DB.
Day 2 of this course provides hands-on OTM installation experience. For best results, we recommend that the client provides an environment comparable to that listed below. If an environment is not available, MavenWire may be able to provide a temporary Incubator Hosting environment available for the duration of the training.
