MavenWire provides both web-based and onsite training to the OTM/GTM community. Our training is tailored to fit the needs of the client so on a class-by-class basis training topics can be added or removed from the class curriculum to fit your business needs. Our classes are led by the OTM/GTM experts which gives you, the attendee, the chance to get all of your questions answered.
OTM/GTM Systems Administrator Training (v5.5 and v6.x)
This training is designed to share detailed information on the architecture and technology stack utilized by OTM/GTM, including inter-tier communication methods, recommended administration tasks to keep OTM/GTM running smoothly, the OTM/GTM installation process (including OTM/GTM Web, App, DB, and FTI tiers), information on advanced OTM/GTM configurations (including Failover, SCA, SSO, etc.), and the tools necessary to troubleshoot more advanced issues, such as failures and performance issues.
OTM Implementation Training (v5.5 and v6.x)
This course gives the students, as OTM implementers, an understanding of the functional configuration and use of the Oracle Transportation Management application from a U.S. Domestic logistics model. This training will guide you through the steps which are necessary to set up master data, create transactional data, and route your transportation in OTM.
OTM End User Training (v5.5 and v6.x)
This training has been created to give students, as OTM users, an understanding of the functional use of the Oracle Transportation Management application from a U.S. Domestic logistics model. This manual will guide you through processes which are necessary steps to route your transportation in OTM.
OTM Super User Training (v5.5 and v6.x)
This course gives the students, as OTM users, an understanding of the super user role of the Oracle Transportation Management application. This course will guide you through processes which are necessary steps to configure and support OTM to further fit your business needs. This course will include customizing OTM at the user/role/domain level, configuring agents and milestones, and how to troubleshoot issues in OTM.
OTM Settlement Training (v5.5 and v6.x)
This course gives the students, as OTM implementers, an understanding of the financial configuration and use of settlement in Oracle Transportation Management. This course will guide you through the setup process of both accounts receivable and payable as it is defined in the application. Once configuration is complete the training will guide you through the processing of carrier invoices and customers bills to send to external systems.
