Accelerators
As part of the MavenWire/EII alliance, we have developed accelerators specific to OTM/GTM which will reduce cost and project timeline. Accelerators have been developed to support Implementation (Functional Configuration), Version Migrations, and Procurement. Our OTM/GTM Implementation Accelerator wizard walks the project team through questions relating to their transportation business process, and then outputs custom models that show which components of OTM/GTM will be setup and a implementation project plan. This model has been developed by OTM/GTM experts who have been developing, utilizing, and implementing OTM/GTM for over 7 years. This model covers all OTM/GTM modules, so the accelerator can determine if a module of OTM/GTM will need to be set up or ignored.
Job aids are also generated by the accelerator for users to guide them through the implementation (i.e.: XML Data loading tools, Data templates, Project scope documents, Configuration Steps, etc.). Last is an auto-generated Microsoft Project template, which gives the Project Manager a starting point for developing the project timeline.
