Chris Plough’s successful career in the information technology industry includes such accomplishments as engineering highly complex software application architectures, coordinating business start-ups, and pioneering and launching innovative new technologies. In early 2006, Chris melded his passion for excellence with his award-winning technical skills, creative talent and effective leadership style, and joined with his colleague and friend Samuel Levin to form MavenWire LLC. Highlights of Chris’ previous employment experiences include his varied achievements and roles at G-Log (Global Logistics Technologies) Inc., a software company he helped launch and manage from its inception in 1999. In addition to his contributions to G-Log’s business processes and services, Chris was instrumental in designing and developing G-Log’s premier Transportation Management Application, “GC3”. In 2005 Oracle Corporation acquired G-Log and the GC3 product, and Chris joined Oracle as a Senior Software Engineer. As Senior Software Engineer, one of Chris’s outstanding achievements was in leading the highly complex merge and transition of the GC3 suite into Oracle’s existing company architecture, specifications and standards.
